🔍 What we are looking for
At IMA we are looking for an HR Manager who is eager to play a key strategic role in talent management and contribute actively to IMA Health’s growth.
📋 Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and the hiring of top-tier talent.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage the IMA Health team, driving international business growth in competitive markets.
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor regulations in the regions where we operate.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to professional development, to ensure a high-performing team.
Develop, manage, and continuously improve the compensation and benefits structure, leading initiatives to enhance recognition, promote diversity, and foster engagement through team-building activities.
Manage the payroll process in collaboration with external partners, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Act as an HR advisor for managers and team members, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Use HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations.
🤓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a plus.
Fluent in English and either Catalan or Spanish. Knowledge of other languages such as French or German will be valued.
5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in fast-paced scale-up environments, with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR functions internationally (mandatory).
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with EU labor legislation.
Entrepreneurial mindset, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong and effective relationships across all organizational levels.
Experience using HRIS and ATS.
